2024 Voter Guide

Our team spent all summer creating a robust voter guide with a focus on down-ballot races for the people of Houston. After countless brainstorming sessions with reporters and editors, we mapped out the information and created wireframes.

This process was extremely iterative and our designs established a consistent flow of information for each category we created, which helped our reporter write the copy for the guide.

My role in this project was to create all of the visual assets. I created a system of collage elements that could be easily utilized by our social media and marketing teams. I first designed static graphics for each category and then I worked with our developer to turn them into animations.
